Veeeerrry interesting question i would say... Would it be possible though? it would be funny pranking some folk seeing their reaction when you are close and messing with their pc remotely from phone lol. Any ideas/sources?

Any http botnet, you can control from ANY device, including smart watches.

I consider AthenaHTTP, Neutrino or NuclearPanel, all can be found on clearnet.

Not possible with a phone, though you could be pulling IP's and creating fake networks that display the phone's passcode, owner name ,etc. if they connect to one of your fake networks. (clipper zero required)

You can buy DDoS panels from the clearnet and even some discord servers. I said this expecting you to want a botnet for DDoS attacks, if otherwise just search around on darkweb search engines.
