there are many scammer clearweb sites. I also want to make one, but i don't know how, without getting it shutdowned. I also want to add a automatic Pay System where i can scam peoples money, and they can do nothing because its already gone.

With that being said i do believe everyone has a right to information, so you will obviously need to pay for a domain when you make a site, you can use square or other site building sites if you don't have wordpress skills, as to it not being shut down, it rarely does, the amount of scam there are in the clearweb is crazy, you just need a good hosting.

As i don't support scamming i ain't going in depth.
