wich part of body can i hit a little dart with poison ?

I would like know wich part of body i must to hit a dart with poison so that the effect is faster

put ricin on the tip of the dart and hit the stomach area

I haven't tried yet, but I suppose targeting vessels is a good idea. When the poison get into the vessels, it starts going to a heart, then you know the rest of it.
