Hello, i need a credit card and a bank account for everyday uses but im not in the legal position where i can get one in clasic way, do you have any solution ? Should i use the darknet to get one ?

Long answer: Good luck trying to find someone who's willing to open up an account on their name and provide you with 100% control.

Depending where you are there are enough desperate people that get roped into that shit.
