Tracing an ip of an image is not possible, with an image you could technically get the metadata though if the pictures origination (device) wasn't configured in as "not storing any data of the picture". So while you cannot get someone's ip through a picture, if you are lucky you could get the location of where the picture was taken and date of it. Full name and email address can easily lead you to their location, but not ip based as you have been suggesting. If ip is really what you want somehow fool them into executing a ip grabber lmao
