How can I turn A persons Personal Information/Identity into money for Myself?

ok so I just so happen to have the personal information of a few ppl and could potentially assume their identities. Can someone please teach me how to turn this information into money without getting myself arrested?  thanks in Advance

If you have enough information, you can open up a bank account, and sell it as a drop, you can do a little more digging, find their credit score or ssn and commit loan fraud, the possibility are countless
