I want to make a list of the more reliable VPNs for avoiding ISP tracking, because popular VPNs like Cyberghost, PIA and ExpressVPN are own by the same company(Kape (a company with bad reputation)) that also own other companies of VPNs review like VPNmentor, etc. And this also applies for othes VPNs (NordVPN, IPVanish, and so on). By the way, i found that Cyberghost keeps logs conections, so it's not a good option, or o I think.

On the lookout for a VPNs with no logs, trusted and also cheap I found Surfshark, the only con is that is based on the Netherlands, but it's cheaper than NordVPN, for example.

Use Private internet access (vpn), using tor with a vpn is a bad idea though because its basically just shifting your trust from the tor network to a vpn company for your privacy, so unless you want to hide the fact that you are using tor from your isp provider, you should probably just stick with using the safest option in tor and disabling java scri
