Where to sell SSNs and DoD ID numbers?

Question

I got a veteran's HDD and looked through the contents. There are multiple documents that have forms with boxes saying "SSNs (or DoD ID no.)" so I was wondering if this was a good place to sell a social security number/department of defense ID number or no. There are 3 of them and they come with address (except for one), full name, rank, etc.
