Question

So some ppl sell their cracked / hacked paypal accounts and cards here, so why they just take money from those cards and account instead of selling?

Some ppl gonna say that they dont use those cards bcuz of risk of getting caught. So why customer purchase those cards if theres a risk of getting caught ?

Well let's look at this in a couple of directions,
1) Most hackers are specialised in one things for their work, so some of the time those that knows how to hack stuff probably don't have the means to cash out the money

2) There's a limit to the amount of money they can receive to any sort of accounts they use to save money. If too many come in at the same time, that account will most like be blacklisted and they lose all the money that's in there

3) if we're talking about cards, with how many credit cards get carded. about 1000 the seller doesn't have the time to go through all of it to cash them all out. Plus the added time limit of that the cards will shutdown once found that it's been breached makes it a race of time, that's why most would sell it rather than have a chance of getting a dead card and not really getting the profit when messing up the cashing out process.

As someone who acquires them myself then selling them.

I can tell you this. Cashing out Credit Cards isnt like it used to be in 2013.

Its an artform of its own, a craftsmanship if you may.

Its not an easy procedure by any means. Its very difficult, requires a lot of effort, research and investment.

These illicit jobs require a lot of skills and a lot of time forming those said skills.

Its like any other business in this world. (Cause pretty much this is what 'business' is)
