Can do someway fully anonymize a phone after I trow the old owner sim card (no imei and any connectable data to him)? there's a manner to make the IMEI (and also any identifiable data of that phone) unreachable if I wanna put another sim (an just do polish so  it'll no alert about the activity), doing police can't catch anyway (Even reading, at least by internet) who was the original owner?

Hello everyone, I would like to inform you that I watch ***** videos, I have more than 700GB in 1080p 60Hz videos. But please don't judge me for that, this is my bread and butter, I've had my account taken down numerous times, I just want to sell my videos in peace to anyone who is interested, I ask you to understand me. i dont think you can fully anonymize phone cuz internet is for free & equal for everyone but what you can do is that

dont turn on that device where you exactly located  maybe if they are tracking you then they will get the other location instead of real location.....

i dont think you have to put sim card on that because sim card = isp

what if cops know who is your isp then surely they can go to the isp and get the info they want.....

dont forget that when you just put the sim card on that device then you are connected with your isp then surely isp knows where you are who you are .....

thats a *****ing bad idea to putting sim card on stolen mobile phone but if you are not gonna do that thats okay with your privacy...

also you dont have to throw that sim card thoo.. you can use it that for your own purpose just dont use that sim where your exact location is...

from my experience, these are the steps you should follow:

1. turn off the device

2. on a pc with network card disconnected or without it, install a program to format devices

3. wait 6 months for law enforcement forget about the theft

4. once the 6 months have passed, reformat the device again

5. wait one or two weeks

6. once the weeks have passed, install a ROM without Google services on the device (the best option is an AOSP ROM ), although you can also try a Linux distribution, also install a custom recovery.

These are some tips, but remember that stealing is illegal :))
