wnated to ask about my pc speed

I had a file around 50gb and I'm trying to copy from my PC to pendrive speed was 20mb s.
And when same file I try to copy from pen drive to pc it gives around 25 mb/s
But my SSD speed is 3500 mb/s shouldn't when I try to copy pendrive to pc he should give me maximum speed?

What should I do?
