Well first you need to have a goal, something you really want to find, for example, let's say you wanted to find a "illuminati secret chatroom". No you go link hoping into different search engines, there are tons and tons, try to find one with very less censorship, at one point i believe you will need other skills too, you will need to learn how to access Geo blocked sites, bypassing firewalls, garlic links as well as some coding knowledge. I personally have not gone too deep, but i do believe some crazy stuff exist, and this is not just a hunch its just something i have came to know from all my time here in the dark net and a personal experience, but yeah i wish you good luck as it needs a lot of motivation to follow
