if i make an dual boot laptop and one boot i use for my personal stuuf and one for some illeagal stuff i wanted to create that without me no one should get hands on that os even if data will have to get erase i will make a backup

Yeah its not difficult to set up. Btw try using Linux as the second boot. I recommend it :)
