Well you need a machine to host it in (i reccomend raspberry pi)
then your gonna wanna install nginx and tor
find the tor hidden service file and the text in there is ur site on tor
then run tor and nginx and bam anyone can access it

You can do it yourself (On an raspberry pi/ old laptop)
or you can get an services tor hosting
