How can I sell classified Russian information?

I have some presentations and info about Iraqi drones that are made in Russia on my hands, and noticed that publicly available info is quite incorrect. To whom and how do I sell it? I'm not really sure that governments would really believe some email like that and answer it. And also I'm not quite sure how much my info would be useful to them.

Find someone that working in the Russian military that is willing to take photos of classified Russian documents. otherwise it's impossible.

try on some hackers forums or join feds of another country. i recommend you to join us or french or german feds.
