is it safe to say all western union and pay pal transfers are scams on the dark net ?

As I'm checking out different markets and sites (including scam sites)  I notice many of these type of services are scams, can someone who has experience confirm this please ?

Yes lainpharm knows about scams.  They are a scammer themselves.  I guess I shouldn't have been so naive, but they scammed me.  Don't trust them.
